Failure to collect items within a reasonable timeframe will result in items being cancelled. 2-3 weeks if Scotland or items are multiple/excessively large. You are welcome to use your own courier.

Please make sure they know that collections must be on a pre-arranged week day between 9:30am - 4:00pm. Man and Van type services preferred.

We will never wrap for your own courier so please ensure they have blankets and the correct equipment to ensure the item is not damaged in transit. If no communication is made within 72 hours then the item will be re-listed and an unpaid item will be filed. All our items are pre-owned and un- restored, unless stated in listing as in Very Good or Excellent Condition then the item is likely to have some minor wear and tear consistent with age. We always aim to highlight any obvious/major damage, however please do also look closely at pics for a good depiction and get in touch if any queries.
