Hilti TE3000 AVR Heavy Duty Breaker With Trolley 110v, prior to sending out to a customer on here I wanted to double check the item as it had been sat for some time. I plugged the item in put the pin in and you could here the motor moving with a slight thud certainly nothing to break anything. It then stopped for a few seconds I had to wait and it would go again. It makes it difficult to deal with after and waste of time for both of us, I have tried my best to describe. The unit is not brand new has wear and tear from being used on site.
