Rosinox Chrome Electric fry top has a very thick steel plate, smooth. & ribbed, with a polished chrome coating of 50 microns thick thus provides a hard surface which is scratch and shock resistant. With ribbed 1/2 on the left hand side, flat on right, it sits on an open cupboard.

It has a welded and sealed drip channel around the plate for running off of all fats into a gastronorm size tray in the cupboard. The Electric fry top is fitted with stainless steel shielded heating elements regulated by thermostat.

The plate has 2 heating areas controlled separately by 6 elements. Each heating area is controlled by an energy controller, backed up by a thermostat to protect against overheating and acting on a power contact. PCR 40 E 1/2 - RF. 400 V 3P + N + E.
