Infernus Twin Tank Electric Fryer. A good quality solid twin tank electric fryer with 2 x 12 litres tanks. This fryer offers an affordable but heavy duty robust twin tank fryer.

Comes complete with baskets and lids. Two separate tanks, each with individual control. Each tank is up to 6kW, for prompt temperature recovery.

On/off power switch for each tank. Chrome plate basket with cool-to-touch handle. Heaters can be lifted for easy cleaning. Cold zone at the bottom to prolong shortening life.

EGO thermostat, adjustable from 30 to 190°C. 230°C hi limit for safe operation.

Removable S/S basket hanger at the back. 1 drain valve with drain extension pipe. Bakelite handle for the door.

2 x 6kW power supply (2 x 12lts tanks). To be installed by a qualified technician or all warranties are void. We have the single tank available as well - see other listings.
